The OpportunityDescriptionWe're looking for a Remote Financial Analyst, working in the IT (excluding Telecommunication) industry in Colorado, United States.Process monthly working files for invoice submissionsUpdate internal systems with financial dataParticipate in financial auditsPrepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reportsKeep accurate records for all fleet and financial decisionsPrepare and monitor budgets and financial forecastsUpdates internal systems; reconciliation of fleetProvides moderately complex financial analysis that is either transactional or analytical for a financial function or a business.Establishes and maintains relationships with business leaders to actively ensure financial analysis needs are met.Handles more complex business issues.Provides analytics to business initiatives.Develops a deeper understanding of internal financial processes and a detailed knowledge of the business.Experience Required for Your SuccessEducation and Experience Required:First level university degree with a focus in business or economics recommended or equivalent experience.2+ years of experience as a financial analyst. May have experience in more than one finance function.Skills and Knowledge:Excellent analytical and numerical skills Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential dataAdvanced MS Excel skills Advanced AccessDatabase skills Solid knowledge of financial and accounting proceduresParticipate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior leadershipAbility to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable informationKnowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools such as SQL, Access, etcBasic understanding of accounting processes and principles.by Jobble
