CATERING DELIVERY: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Timely deliveries of food ensuring accurate items, proper food holding and handling, and organized loading and unload processSelf managing deliveries, reading banquet event orders, time management, organizing equipment, packing necessary items to ensure successful delivery and set-upAbility to communicate and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure all food needing to be transported is accurately accountedEnsuring any and all paperwork associated with deliveries is properly handled and accurately deliveredMaintenance of delivery van(s) to include fueling and washing, communicating any service needsDemonstrates ability to work in various settings and environments at all times with little or no supervisionDemonstrates ability to prioritize given a set of general guidelinesDemonstrates ability to execute given a set of specific directionsOther duties as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)Experience in catering preferredValid Driver's License Clean driving record and background checkComfortable driving delivery vehicle in winter weather conditionsOpen availability including morning, evenings, and weekendsAbility to work efficiently and effectivelyAbility to lift up to 35-50lbs on a frequent basisConstant bending, lifting, and stretching
