The Fund Accounting Manager will be responsible for the following:Oversee and handle quarterly financial reporting and capital accounting statementsDevelop cash forecasts, budgets, and various quarterly reports, including presentations for investorsSupervise year-end audits, including management of the external public accounting firmCoordinate the preparation of tax returnsReview financial statements created by staff accountantsPrepare and participate in capital calls and distribution notices for investorsManage and facilitate all communication with investors, maintaining strong stakeholder relationshipsIf you have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or are pursuing your CPA, public accounting experience, 4+ years of progressive accounting experience and at least 1 year within a leadership role, outstanding business acumen, exceptional communication and organizational skills, tech savvy and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, than this could be a great opportunity for you.
