Job Description:

The Accountant performs a variety of general accounting tasks, including preparation of journal entries,

accounts reconciliations and analysis, cash management activities and ad-hoc special projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Prepares and posts journal entries.
Performs account analysis and reconciliations.
Completes bank reconciliations.
Analyzes revenue, cost of sales and operating expense trends and prepares related accruals.
Performs inter-company balance review and reconciliation.
Responsible for fixed asset accounting, reconciliation to fixed asset subledger and compliance with
related accounting policies.
Analyzes physical inventory variances and generates reports to facilitate management review.
Assists with month-end close and consolidation processes, cash management activities, audit
preparation and company merger and acquisition activities.


Required Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Accounting from accredited university
CPA and public accounting firm experience preferred
At least three (3) years of strong experience in an accounting role
Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Creativity and outside-the-box thinking a definite plus
