RJI Professionals, Inc. is a General Contractor specializing in storm restoration and water and mold mitigation. We are seeking a Full-Time Finance Administrator/Construction Administrator to join our Finance Department and become a part of our ever-growing team. Job Summary The Finance Administrator will be responsible for handling numerous aspects of our construction projects, which may include: creating estimates, supplementing claims, requesting subcontractor estimates, accounts receivable, etc., for all of our branches. Responsibilities and Duties Review insurance estimates to identify deficiencies and items that were omitted from the scope of repairs. These may include code requirements, existing items, missed damages, etc. Utilize Xactimate to prepare a supplemental estimate to address identified deficiencies to ensure an accurate repair scope and job profitability. Obtain and review bids, estimates, and quotes provided by vendors and subcontractors that are in line with the desired scope of repairs. Submit estimates, photos, code documents, etc., and maintain follow-ups with insurance carriers to reconcile differences between estimates to come to an agreed-upon scope of repairs. Prepare, submit, and follow up on invoices submitted to insurance carriers and clients. Preferred Skills and Qualifications Insurance Property Restoration Background or Knowledge Roofing Background or Knowledge Xactimate Background or Knowledge Analytical Skills Problem Solving Skills Communication Skills Experience Experience is preferred, but not required.
