Information (ROI) Specialist Location: Aurora, CO Are you
passionate about data integrity, patient privacy, and delivering
exceptional service? Join our dynamic team as a Release of
Information Specialist and play a vital role in safeguarding
medical records while supporting patients, providers, and payers.
What You’ll Do Ensure the confidentiality and security of patient
records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulations. Review and
retrieve medical records for completeness, accuracy, and legal
compliance. Manage the end-to-end release of information process
using hospital EMR systems, including Epic. Provide exceptional
telephone support , guiding clients through the ROI process with
professionalism and empathy. Meet and exceed productivity and
quality assurance standards for ROI and customer service. Support
the Revenue Cycle by releasing patient information to payers and
assisting with invoice processing and collections. Experience You
Need Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems; Epic
experience preferred. Strong understanding of HIPAA rules and
regulations . At least 1 year of experience in healthcare or ROI
preferred. High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, etc.).

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of
Aurora, CO 80045. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position
is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some
benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of
employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to
