What You'll Do: The digital marketing specialist will manage SEM and LinkedIn campaigns across Nexar and supporting brands, coordinating with content teams to develop ad copy incorporating search engine and paid social best practices. They will conduct keyword research pre-campaign & conduct continual keyword optimization during the campaigns' duration. They will track spend across accounts w/ weekly reporting delivered regarding pacing. They will develop a reporting program for each brand, showing progress toward decided-upon KPIs and develop and track progress against benchmarks. They will execute and deliver insights on test ideas and test performance. They will provide actionable recommendations for profitable scale both within approved budget and recommendations for scaling w/ incremental budget, and develop the reporting structure for ROI on scaled accounts. They will launch new accounts for additional web properties or initiatives as needed. They will develop & execute remarketing strategies for each brand. They will work cross-team where needed to implement & QA ad tracking, either through UTMs, auto-tagging, or a combination thereof.
