for a motivated and detail-driven Estimator to join our team and
play a key role in shaping the success of each project—starting
from day one. Overview: We are seeking a skilled Estimator to
prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for a wide range of
commercial construction projects. In this role, you will analyze
plans and specifications, collaborate with internal teams and
subcontractors, and provide detailed estimates that set the
foundation for project success. ?? Please note: This is a
full-time, in-office position based at our Monument, CO
headquarters. What You’ll Do: · Prepare accurate, detailed cost
estimates by analyzing drawings, specifications, labor, and
material requirements. · Collaborate with internal teams,
subcontractors, and suppliers to gather pricing and ensure
competitive bids. · Identify value engineering opportunities and
cost-saving strategies. · Utilize preconstruction and estimating
software. · Present estimates to leadership with clear
recommendations and supporting data. · Track and evaluate
differences between estimated and actual costs to improve accuracy.
· Maintain organized cost databases and reports for future use.
You’re a Fit If You Have: · Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering,
Construction Management, or related field (preferred). · 2 years of
experience in estimating or a construction-related role. · Ability
to interpret plans, specifications, and technical details with
precision. · Familiarity with project scheduling and cost control
practices. · Strong presentation and communication skills for both
technical and non-technical audiences. · Proven ability to work
independently and as part of a collaborative team. · Experience
with Walmart or fuel/convenience store construction projects
