Participate in training and professional development sessions to enhance knowledge of financial products and customer service practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle stress and remain composed under pressure In-depth understanding of financial services and products Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses (preferred but not required)
