We are located in Arvada, Colorado. We are seeking energetic, fun individuals both Lead Teachers (ECT Certification proof required) and Teacher Assistant's for ages 2-3 years of age.As an Early Childhood Teacher in our child care facility, you would have a rewarding career in helping plan and implement an ongoing program of activities which promote the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child. This is the Primrose Balanced Learning approach to teaching and learning for an Early Childhood Teacher.

  • Operations Hours are currently 7:00am-5:30pm. Shift hours are flexible.
    Make an impact! As an Early Childhood Teacher you will:* Supervise daily class functions of a group of children.* Assess each child's individual ongoing developmental needs.* Implement an approved lesson plan and daily classroom schedule.* Work with Assistant Teacher(s) and the Director in planning parent-teacher conferences and student evaluations.* Attend all required staff meetings, workshops, and school functions.* Comply to all applicable local, state, or federal regulatory rules and laws pertaining to the health, safety, and care of children.

    • * Must be Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualified under local, state, and federal regulations
      
    • * Must pass all required background checks
      
    • * Must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
      
    • * Occasional lifting up to 35 lbs.
      
    • * Frequent walking, standing, sitting, kneeling, crawling, squatting, reaching, bending, and crouching
      This role pays $17.50-20.00/ hour. based on experience and qualifications.Please note that we are taking extensive precautions and have implemented protocols during the Covid-19 Pandemic including temperature checks, mask wearing, symptom checking, cleaning and disinfecting throughout the day, and more!
