Epic Special Education Staffing is seeking a dedicated and skilled School Psychologist to join our dynamic team. This role is vital for the enhancement of our educational services, aimed at fostering the developmental and educational growth of students with special needs. The School Psychologist will be responsible for assessing student needs, collaboratively planning interventions, and contributing to a supportive educational environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology with a deep understanding of various educational frameworks that support special needs education. Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to develop education plans. Collaborate with teachers and parents to implement comprehensive solutions for students' educational needs. Provide direct support and interventions to students, focusing on emotional, social, and academic development. Engage in continuous professional development to keep up-to-date with educational psychology practices and special education trends. Participate in multidisciplinary teams to review and adjust educational plans in accordance with students' progress. Expertise in psychological assessment tools and techniques Ability to develop and implement effective intervention strategies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of special education regulations and policies Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state license as a School Psychologist National Certification in School Psychology (NCSP) preferred
