Job Description Job Description Production Lead - Wire Harness Assembly Title: Production Lead - Wire Harness Assembly Location: Longmont, CO (80501) Hourly Pay: $25 - $30 Schedule: Monday - Thursday7AM - 4:30PM Friday 7:00AM - 12:00PM What You Will Be Doing Lead daily production activities and assign tasks to assembly technicians. Provide technical assistance and ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications. Monitor productivity, enforce company policies, and maintain quality standards. Perform in-process inspections and document results accurately. Collaborate with supervisors to resolve production or quality issues. Promote continuous improvement and foster a positive team environment. What You Need For This Job 1 years of hands-on experience in wire harness and cable assembly. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly procedures. Skilled in soldering, hand tools, and precision measuring instruments. Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to supervise and train. Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
