Job Description Job Description Machine Operator – 1st/2nd Shift Location: Denver, CO Shifts Available: 1st Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm (M-F) - $21/hr 2nd Shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm (M-F) - $21.50/hr Join Our Team and Build Something That Matters! We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team and help produce high-quality stainless steel band clamps used in the oil and gas industry. At our Denver facility, you’ll be part of a collaborative environment where precision and reliability are key. What You’ll Do Operate production machinery to manufacture clamps—sometimes managing two machines at once. Feed products into machines and perform quality checks to ensure top standards. Make minor mechanical adjustments to keep machines running smoothly. Monitor equipment and report any issues promptly. Package and label finished products for shipment. Select tools and parts needed for daily operations. What We’re Looking For Experience: At least 6 months operating machinery in any industry. Skills: Mechanical aptitude and ability to make small adjustments. Ability to stand for long periods and work independently. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus! Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of DENVER, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
