What You’ll Do Operate fabrication equipment in a clean, organized shop environment Read, understand, and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate, spec?perfect bends Safely and efficiently handle materials throughout the production process Play a key role in building reliable conveyor systems used nationwide What You Bring Essential Skills Strong proficiency operating fabrication or shop machinery Ability to interpret blueprints with accuracy Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting Additional Qualifications Comfortable using both hand and power tools Solid material?handling skills and safety awareness Why You’ll Love Working Here Dynamic & collaborative environment where your work truly matters Overtime opportunities available based on workload—earn more when you want to Be part of a team that builds equipment relied on by major warehouses and airports Schedule & Work Environment First Shift: Monday–Friday Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Pay : $20-$22hr Overtime may be required depending on demand (typically 40–60 hours/week ) Stable, consistent work with opportunities to grow your skills Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
