Executive/Construction Manager - Manufacturing Center Position
Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Project
Executive/Construction Manager to oversee the construction and
management of our new manufacturing center. The ideal candidate
will have extensive experience in the semiconductor, chemical, and
food and beverage industries, with a strong emphasis on automation
and project execution for major clients like Intel and Boeing. This
role requires a proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and
coordinate MEP systems to ensure successful project delivery. Key
Responsibilities Lead and manage the construction of the
manufacturing center from inception to completion. Coordinate with
stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and contractors to
ensure project objectives are met. Develop and manage project
budgets and schedules, ensuring timely delivery within financial
constraints. Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors
and vendors, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
Perform take-off estimates and assess materials and labor
requirements for project execution. Utilize Autodesk software for
design and planning purposes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in
project execution. Implement commissioning processes and ensure all
systems are operational and meet quality standards. Provide regular
updates to senior management on project status, risks, and
opportunities. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in
project management and construction management, preferably in
manufacturing environments. Proven experience in semiconductor,
chemical, and food and beverage industries with strong automation
knowledge. Strong understanding of MEP systems and their
integration into construction projects. Familiarity with Autodesk
and other relevant design software. Excellent leadership and
communication skills, with the ability to coordinate
multidisciplinary teams effectively. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving project goals and
