Description: The primary role includes hands on drafting support
(3D) and coordinating with Project Engineers on task due dates,
priorities and level of drawing package detail needed on a
particular project. Key areas of accountability include accurate
drawing output in accordance with industry and Parkson specific
standards, checking, drafting task management, and managing
scheduled due dates, as well as generation of Bill of Materials and
related engineering documents, review of product specifications and
other project related engineering data. Essential Functions: -
Prepare detail drawings using CAD based on standards, sketches, and
notes to support sales, engineering, and fabrication/manufacturing
purposes. - Ensure drafting style consistency between drawings as
per ANSI drafting standards and Parkson specific standards. -
Organization and creation of Submittal Packages, Fabrication
Documentation Packages, Bill of Materials with ERP Entry, Release
and Management, and Installation Manual Creation. - Communicate and
coordinate with project engineering to meet specifications and
commitments. - Interface with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply
Chain and Quality to ensure smooth flow of technical information
for product quality work and meeting customer requirements and
commitments. - Manages CAD files in Autodesk Vault environment and
routine data in cloud storage. - Checking own work and work created
by other Designer/Drafters. - Please note this job description is

associates degree or certification from an accredited institution
with focus on CAD or Engineering. Experience: - 2years mechanical
or industrial design and CAD experience in 3D. - Large or complex
modelling and drafting experience is beneficial. - Experience with
municipal water or wastewater treatment equipment is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - Proficient Autodesk Inventor or
equivalent 3D-Software. - Autodesk Vault experience beneficial. -
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. - Working
knowledge of ERP & PLM systems preferred. - Familiarity with metal
fabrication, machining, welding, and assembly processes. - Checking
drawings including self-checking. - Excellent communication and
presentation skills, both verbal and written. Licenses and/or
Certifications: - None Required Travel: - Ability to travel up to
10%, domestic and international. Benefits include health care
