Job Description:
An information technology company is filling a position for a
Remote Revenue Operations Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Supporting compensation review and administration
Ensuring accountability, quality, and tracking for key
activities.
Owning GTM tool optimization and enablement.
Required Skills:
Ability to establish a system of record of reports and dashboards
across the tech stack
Ability to create dashboards to track progress of
onboarding/ramping AEs, BDRs, CSMs
Ability to develop a lead to closed lost and closed won cohort
reporting model and process
Ability to develop and optimize forecasting meetings, processes,
and data
