Description

The average blended rate of pay is $18-$21 hourly (hourly rate of $14.25 - $16.00 plus commission and bonus potential)!

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention
• Meeting team and individual sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Proactively building loyalty and long term relationships with customers
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
  Qualifications:
  
  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • One or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends
  • Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Polished professional appearance
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to stand, bend, walk for 8 hours per day
  • Must be able to pass an employment background screening.

  • High School Degree or GED
  • 1 year Retail Supervisory Experience or Equivalent Experience
  • Great Customer Service Skills, Great Communication Skills, Great Organizational Skills, and Detail Oriented
  • Computer Literate
  • Proven Sales Success
