Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Main Point of contact for customer contractual and technical questions
• Develop production schedules and monthly progress reports for the customers
• Review of customer order and technical specifications.
• Create compressor bills of material specific to each order using Sundyne's configuration tools, and collaboration with suppliers of special components.
• Selection of major supporting equipment (motors, heat exchangers, instruments, gages, etc.).
• Providing direction to design/drafting resources to complete integration of supporting equipment.
• Review and approve engineering drawings and documentation.
• Aid in the disposition of non-conforming parts and troubleshoot test and assembly issues.
• Assist with the creation of quality plans and other related technical documentation and adhere to project schedules. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering. Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferred.
  • 3-5 years in an engineering and/or technical fluid handling position.
  • Will have strong communication skills and confidence in representing Sundyne in daily communications with customers.
  • Will have a strong general understanding of engineering sciences and be comfortable engaging in technical communication and decision making.
  • Will be capable of working both independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Will be dedicated to meet short deadlines and manage multiple customer orders simultaneously with a high degree of ownership for timely and accurate completion.
  • Will have strong attention to detail, and a high degree of focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Will have strong personal organization and time management skills.
  • Will have experience or understanding of component manufacturing.

    Compensation Details
    Annual Salary: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00
    
    Additional Compensation
    The Salary offered will be determined based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, and will be compared with internal equity along with market data for this position. This position may be eligible for an annual bonus through the company bonus program. This position may also be eligible to receive a Relocation bonus, payable as a taxable lump sum, in accordance with the Sundyne Relocation Policy.
