The Manager of Commercial, Veteran, and Military Family Services
will provide clinical and program management for the Commercial
Services Team, delivering outpatient services to all ages and all
commercial insurance types in Jefferson Center offices and the
provision of remote care. Responsible for program development,
program planning, clinical and administrative supervision of
clinical staff, recruitment and hiring of staff, program
evaluation, and performance improvement. This position will also
support the re-negotiating rates for commercial payers and will
assist in financial analysis, program evaluation and other duties
as assigned to support the Director of Commercial Services.
Essential Duties:
Provides clinical consultation and supervision to Commercial
Services Team.
Hires, trains, and leads Team Coordinator(s).
Works cooperatively with other Center programs and promotes
collaboration.
Reviews and ensures financial performance and fiscal sustainability
of the Commercial Services Team and other programs as assigned.
Tracks program utilization and community need.
Identifies program expansion opportunities, develops and expands
Commercial Services as appropriate.
Hires, trains, and supports team members.
Motivates team to improve performance and achieve operational and
strategic objectives.
Ensures Team policy adherence and conducts performance
evaluations.
Supports Team strategic planning.
Supports Director with the Center's re-negotiation of commercial
payer rates.
Attends Center meetings as assigned and as required.
Participates on community task forces, committees and projects as
agreed upon with Director.
Works cooperatively with community agencies, develops and maintains
community networks, conducts community trainings as
appropriate.
Participates in supervision by coming prepared with an agenda.
Reports high risk/problem cases, identifies system issues within
Jefferson Center and the broader community and utilizes a
problem-solving approach as well as feedback.
Attends mandatory trainings and meetings at the Center and ensures
the same from staff.
Exhibits leadership, initiative, clear and timely communication,
enthusiasm, strong customer service, flexibility, and spirit of
cooperation in the work environment.
Maintains effective interpersonal relations with consumers, peers,
subordinates, upper management, visitors and the general
public.
Effectively responds to client/consumer needs and problems,
initiates and maintains positive interactions, timely response to
phone calls, pages, email and other requests.
Supports DEI efforts and responsiveness throughout the CSVMFS
Team.

Qualifications:
Conferred Master's Degree in Social Work or related field
required.
Clinically Licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LP) in the state of
Colorado required.
Two or more years of clinical work required
Demonstrated compliance with administrative tasks and documentation
requirements required.
Has leadership skills and a positive attitude, is organized,
motivated, self-directed, responsible, and reliable.
Ability to multitask and manage projects effectively.
Has either experience or demonstrated potential for clinical
supervisory and program administrative oversight.
Computer skills required.
Salary Grade 16
$70,600 - $93,000
*Salary is determined based on years of total relevant
experience.
*Salary is based on 1.0 FTE (full time equivalent) or 40 hours per
week. Less than 40 hours/week will be prorated and adjusted to the
appropriate FTE.
**BONUS OPPORTUNITY!! $1,000 bonus paid out on one month
anniversary. ** Based on full time (40 hours/week). Prorate if less
than 40 hours/week. Must work a minimum of 20 hours/week to be
eligible for bonus. Current Jefferson Center employees are not
eligible for sign on bonus*
