Remprex, LLC is Hiring a Ramp Operations Manager!Full Benefits Package - Medical, Dental, VisionOperate Terminal Operating Systems + Other Computer SystemsAt Least 2 Years of Intermodal Facility Experience is RequiredRemprex, LLC is hiring a Ramp Operations Manager to oversee container and trailer movements on and off railcars within the intermodal terminal by forecasting workload requirements, creating an efficient plan and safely executing on said terminal plan. Individuals in this role must efficiently and safely follow through on all production and instill REMPREX core values in the team.What We Offer:

• Referral BonusAbout the Position:
  • Schedule and coordinate the workload based on client needs
  • Facilitate pre-shift job briefings to go over work schedules, daily work plans, safety awareness, and other updates
  • Ensure pre-shift and post-shift cursory vehicle inspections of equipment are performed and record keeping is maintained
  • Coordinate and plan Inbound and outbound train plans for the facility
  • Provide switch plan and over-site to train crews
  • Ability to manage cranes, side loaders, reach stackers, and hostlers to unload and load containers and trailers from rail cars to execute on the daily work plan
  • Provide accurate projections for workload execution and communicate verbally and in writing as directed by Terminal Manager
  • Ensure that all containers and trailers are properly secured before the train departs the terminal
  • Ensure accurate records of yard inventory are kept up-to-date
  • Load plan to ensure on-time release and departure
  • Perform required audits and monitor performance indicators
  • Ensure that all staff wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Manage staff to ensure efficient and safe productionRequirements:
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • At Least 2 Years of Intermodal Facility Experience - Management is Preferred
    • Valid Driver's License with Clean Driving Record
    • Pass Background Check and Drug Screen
    • Operate Terminal Operating Systems + Other Computer Systems
    • Ability to Operate/Learn Computer Sytems Required for Terminal Dynamics
    • Excellent Communication Skills with the Ability to Speak to and Lead a Team
    • Must Be Able to Work in All Weather Conditions
