Our products inspire people to smile, connect and share--- these experiences. -Come celebrate adventure--- with us! -About the Job:The Sales and Partnership Manager (SPM) is a sales leader, responsible for development of the Duck sales team and championing strategic partnerships. -The SPM creates and executes sales plans geared toward new and existing customers across a defined high value territory. They drive profitable sales growth by account planning, coaching, teaching the Duck story/value, being present in the marketplace, listening to customers, and driving sales through their employees. The SPM guides development of the Duck sales team through brand presentation and sales planning methodology as well as setting performance expectations. This role focuses heavily on a consultative approach to our customers and driving success for them. Crucial experience for this role includes employee management, experienced consultative sales skills, ability to identify target markets and/or customers and recognizing sales cycles with varying durations. This individual will be measured on the ability to grow the existing customers and territories through leadership of a sales team. The SPM must communicate clearly, exhibit strong multi-channel account management, planning and forecasting skills. This is a HIGH growth opportunity.   • Desire to Lead -Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
    • Computer competency (Windows, Microsoft suite)
    • 4+ years of CRM use in a management position
    • 4+ years of sales management experience
    • Brand and partnership development experience
    • Embody and personify the Duck story and values -
    • Proven track record of managing high-performance teams that exceed performance expectations
    • Ongoing training of the sales team (including new hires) on company operational processes and procedures which include performance reviews and scorecards
    • Experience building out large-scale sales strategies with complex dependencies and effective resource management including account planning, revenue forecasting, program management, and opportunity assessment for the short term and on an annual basis
    • Strong communication and mentorship skills
    • Expertise - in time management and problem-solving
    • Expert influencer and mediator
    • Proven record of creating new successful processes and improving existing ones
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and cross-functional peers to support deadlines
    • Maintain a view of the competitive landscape, market pricing and strategy
    • Focus on growing High Value accounts and territories
    • National sales experience in the resort industry a big plus
    • Relevant established relationships a plus -
    • Willing and able to travel 25 - 50% or more with sales team individuals (ride alongs)

        Mental/Physical Requirements: While in the office this position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. While traveling, this position requires the incumbent to be able to lift up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, and sitting for long periods.
