-Your next job will be a life changer.We are looking for a Value Stream Director to join our PTS Department in our Arvada manufacturing facility. This senior leadership role will take full ownership of our PTS (Perfusion Tubing System) and Cannula production lines.You will have the chance to establish operational strategy and objectives and collaborate cross-functionally with the LivaNova Arvada Management Team to fulfill the mission of the Company. The Value Stream Director will also have interpersonal, organizational, and management skills to be an innovator and change agent.You will be part of LivaNova, a global medical technology company, worldwide leader in Cardiovascular, Neuromodulation and Advanced Circulatory Systems solutions. JOB FUNCTIONS: Drive the long-range strategic planning process for operations by overseeing and managing all manufacturing operations.Defines goals, improves technologies, and resolves problems in conjunction with managers of Manufacturing, Human Resources, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Supply Chain, R&D and Sales.Translates customer requirements into state-of-the-art manufacturing strategies and processes, resulting in reliable, cost-effective processing and profitable manufacturing of company products.Develops operations-related plans, budgets, and policies and procedures.Maintains safety and regulatory compliance relating to the production facility.Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. REQUIREMENTS: Degree qualifications or commensurate experience10 years senior leadership experienceManaged direct teams of 4-10 and indirect teams of 50-300Demonstrated Servant Leadership to frontline employeesLead employees in their Lean journey by training, coaching, and directingExemplary professional experience and career development in a manufacturing companyConcern for accuracy and complianceDemonstrated ability to achieve strong resultsExtensive experience developing and maintaining a lean culture, domestic and global manufacturing backgroundExtensive background with various lean manufacturing tools and concepts such as
Kaizen, 5S, value stream mapping, pull systems, Cellular Manufacturing, SMED, 6-
Sigma, Quality tools standard work, Kanban, Visual Controls, Mistake Proofing, TPM
