Experienced Director of Corporate Accounting EXPERIENCED DIRECTOR OF CORPORATE ACCOUNTING - Exceptional Career Opportunity! Big 4 or combination of Big 4 and industry. One of Colorado?s top companies is seeking a senior level Director of Corporate Accounting to join their organization and make an immediate impact!This is a highly visible role that will be responsible for a managing corporate accounting, consolidations and internal financial reporting functions. Selected candidate will also and serve as a subject matter expert on technical accounting guidance and implementation.The ideal candidate will have a combination of Big 4 or National Public Accounting and industry experience with a mid to large publicly traded company.Will consider someone directly out public accounting having audited mid to large publicly traded companies. Responsibilities of the Director of Corporate Accounting:

• Preparing and analyze the monthly and quarterly consolidated financial statements package
• Partnering with the external financial reporting team
• Leading and managing the significant accounting teams
• Providing technical accounting guidance to the business
• Overseeing the accounting close process
• Ensuring effective communication of unusual/non-recurring accounting entries and transactions
• Work with outside auditors
• Supporting internal audit initiatives and SOX controls ? Trimble1
