Job Description:
Job Description Summary: Provides care across the continuum from
pre-transplant, wait list and post - transplant. Collaborates with
multi-disciplinary team to enhance patient care. Acts as both
clinician and educator. Serves as a liaison to regulatory agencies
(CMS, UNOS, etc.) Work Schedule: Full Time Days Responsibilities:
Coordinates transplant team activities with patients, families,
organ donor networks, regulatory agencies, and support groups, as
well as Hematopoietic stem cell transplant by Jobble
