Job DescriptionPosition Summary: Registered Nurse ICU - Memorial Hospital Central Colorado Springs. 13 Week Travel Assignment Full Time, Rotating or Straight Nights ASAP - Need up to 8 ICU RN Travelers! 75 mile radius rule Requirements America Heart Association BLS, ACLS, CO RNLicense and/or Compact License, NIHSS RN Traveler - Memorial Hospital Central, Colorado Springs, CO General ICU focusing on Level I trauma and Comprehensive Stroke. This position would move between ICU, CVICU, Progressive Care(1:3) and high acuity (1:4) units. Job Duties: Plans, implements, and evaluates patient careplans based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize availableresources. Monitors, records, and communicates patientcondition as appropriate. Collaborates as needed across disciplines tocoordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, andspiritual/psychosocial support needs. Evaluates the learning needs of the patientand/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age,culture, condition, and circumstances.
