Summary:
Measures, analyzes, and facilitates improvement in clinical
performance and outcomes.
Requires critical thinking, decisive judgement, and the ability to
foster relationships. Candidates chosen for hire will be trained in
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Project Management 101. This role
partners with leadership to reduce non-value added care
variability, optimize systems of care, and improve patient
outcomes. Candidates should be mission driven to ensure every
patient receives the best quality of care every time. Daily work
focuses on collaborating with multi-disciplinary team, facilitating
projects, and establishing perfect care. Ideal candidates are
skilled in change management and open to innovative solutions to
complex problems.
Clinical background preference: surgical (not required)

Work Schedule:
Full Time Days/80 hours per pay period.
Responsibilities:
Identifies key clinical quality and patient safety measures.
Promotes the use of appropriate measures for clinical services.
Uses the results of quality improvement activities to initiate
changes in patient care practices and in the healthcare delivery
system.
Prioritizes and executes performance improvement plans related to
clinical performance.
Performs documentation and process analysis, identifies clinical
best practices and works with stakeholders to improve
processes.
Assists with the development, piloting, use, and validation of data
collection methodologies. Serves as a resource for developing
indicators for studies and projects.
Requirements:
Essential:
Registered Nurse
Minimum Required Education: Graduate of an accredited or state
board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Required Licensure/Certification: State licensure as a Registered
Nurse (RN). Relevant certification as determined at position
level.
Minimum Experience: 2 years of relevant nursing experience,
Preferred: Trauma program/services experience; quality improvement
experience.
The pay range for this position is: $36.47 - $56.52 / hour. Pay is
dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
An annual bonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon
organizational and individual performance.
