JOB SUMMARY:

The on call registered nurse plans, organizes and directs hospice care and is experienced in nursing, with the emphasis of serving patients while on call on WEEKENDS. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

REGISTERED NURSE - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
1-2 years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting.
1-2 years of recent experience in home care.
Current licensure in Colorado and a valid driver's license.
