What You’ll Do: As a Licensed Practical Nurse you’ll play a vital
role in providing high-quality care to our residents. You’ll: -
Ensure that our residents are able to maintain their highest level
of physical, mental and social well-being - Assist in resident
assessments, planning, interventions and evaluations - Develop care
plans with the residents, their families, and staff What You’ll
Bring: - Must be 18 years or older - Graduate of an accredited
school in the LPN program - Current Colorado LPN license or Compact
LPN license - Long Term Care experience is helpful but not required
