comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients within a
30-bed ICU unit. Maintain patient ratios typically at one nurse to
two patients, with flexibility to manage overflow situations.
Perform advanced procedures such as rapid intubation, chest tube
management, and external ventricular drain care. Utilize
specialized equipment including Lenet beds and GE monitors,
integrating EMR documentation through Meditech. Collaborate with a
skilled team of healthcare professionals in a fast-paced
environment that values flexibility and acuity-based assignment
adjustments. Qualifications / Desired Experience: Current RN
license with prior experience in an intensive care unit. Strong
skills in neuro and trauma nursing are essential; neuro
certification is preferred. Ability to adapt quickly to changing
patient needs and shift assignments. Experience in a high-acuity
environment with proficiency in critical care procedures. Location
