Doctor of Medicine | Surgery - Neurosurgery Location: Pueblo, CO Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurosurgeon to join an established team in Southern Colorado. This position offers a mix of clinic, operating room, and flexible practice days, with ER call primarily handled remotely and support from advanced practice providers. The role provides an opportunity to develop a strong elective spine practice while serving an underserved community. Schedule: Clinic: 2 days per week (8–12 patients/day) OR: 2 days per week 1 Flex Day ER Call: 7 days/month (imaging review from home, minimal in-person requirements) Weekend Coverage: ~1 per month Practice Setting: Inpatient, outpatient, and clinic Co-located clinic with pain service and on-site imaging Use of neuro-navigation tools, including Globus Robot and Stryker Requirements Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Neurosurgery through ABNS Colorado medical license (or willing to obtain) DEA obtained prior to start Clean malpractice record NPDB Self-Query within 30 days TRULY Board Eligible candidates accepted through 2025 (within 5 years of eligibility and working toward Board Certification within 4 years) Benefits Salary: $800,000–$877,000 annually Relocation assistance may be available Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance Generous PTO, vacation, and paid holidays CME allowance Paid malpractice coverage Retirement plan options Flexible spending accounts (health, dependent care) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible
