Job Description:
UCHealth, renowned for its excellence in healthcare facilities
across Colorado, is seeking an experienced Travel RN for our
Electrophysiology (EP) Labs. This position provides an invaluable
opportunity to work within a dynamic team dedicated to high
standards of patient care. The role involves traveling to different
UCHealth facilities and collaborating with top-tier cardiologists
and healthcare professionals. The candidate will assist in various
diagnostic and interventional electrophysiology procedures and
ensure the comfort and safety of patients during their procedures.
Provide specialized nursing care in the EP lab setting. Assist with
the implementation and monitoring of patient care plans. Conduct
pre- and post-procedure assessments of patients. Operate EP lab
equipment under the direction of physicians. Administer medication
and maintain detailed patient records. Educate patients and their
families on procedures and post-care requirements. Advanced
knowledge of cardiac rhythms and electrophysiology. Proficiency in
the use of EP lab diagnostic and interventional equipment. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel regularly
to multiple UCHealth facilities. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of Colorado. BLS/CPR certification. ACLS
certification preferred.
