As part of our dynamic team, you will travel to different UCHealth hospitals and outpatient facilities, ensuring the best renal care for patients with acute kidney conditions. You will collaborate with top-notch healthcare professionals to adapt to varying clinical environments while upholding the highest standards of care. Travel to multiple UCHealth facilities providing acute dialysis treatment. Assess patient condition before, during, and after procedure, adjusting treatment as needed. Implement dialysis treatments per physician orders, monitoring patients for adverse reactions. Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care plans. Educate patients and families on dialysis processes and management of renal diseases. Maintain accurate health records and reports. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Strong clinical skills in acute dialysis. Excellent patient assessment abilities. Highly adaptable to various medical settings. Ability to operate dialysis machines and related equipment proficiently. Effective communication and patient education skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado. Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN or CDN) preferred.
