Job Description:
UCHealth is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse
(RN) to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit as a Hospital
Float for night shifts. This position offers the unique opportunity
to work across various ICUs within the UCHealth system, providing
critical care and support to a diverse patient population. Our

care in a diverse, high-acuity ICU setting, adapting to the needs
of various units as required. Monitor patient condition, assess and
manage critical care needs, and respond to emergencies with
precision and expertise. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
to devise comprehensive care plans that enhance patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on conditions and treatment plans.
Maintain patient records and participate in clinical audits to
ensure compliance with state regulations and hospital policies.
Participate in continuous educational activities to improve skills
and maintain current knowledge of medical procedures and
advancements. Proficiency in the use of medical software for
patient care management. Strong clinical skills in ICU or critical
care settings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to
interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team
members. Capability to handle high-stress, fast-paced situations
with composure. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in
the state of Colorado. BLS/CPR certification required. ACLS
certification strongly preferred.
