Job Description:
UCHealth, a leader in patient-centered care in Colorado, is
seeking a Travel RN specialized in Virtual Health to join our
innovative healthcare team. This position requires a dynamic
registered nurse who excels in providing remote medical services
and virtual patient consultations, leveraging the latest in
telehealth technologies. As a Travel RN, you will handle patient
care through digital platforms, ensuring high standards of
healthcare delivery across various locations, adapting to the
unique needs of each community served by UCHealth. Provide virtual
nursing consultations and follow-ups via telehealth platforms.
Assess patient health conditions and develop appropriate care plans
from a remote setting. Coordinate with onsite healthcare
professionals to ensure continuity of care. Educate patients and
their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Record
and maintain accurate patient medical records and report on
consultations. Strong proficiency in telehealth systems and remote
patient monitoring tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Ability to manage time effectively and handle a high volume
of patient calls. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Emotional intelligence and compassion in patient interactions.

401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado.
Certification in telehealth nursing (e.g., C-TNP) preferred but not
required.
