This role is vital in providing top-tier care across various ICU departments within our facilities. Candidates will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that prioritizes patient-centered care and staff development. This position involves supporting multiple ICUs, adapting to different teams and settings, thus requiring flexibility and a broad skill set in critical care nursing. Delivering expert care to critically ill patients across multiple ICU settings within the system. Rapidly adjusting to the varying pace and needs of each assigned ICU. Participating in patient and family education regarding critical care processes and recovery. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Engaging in continuous professional development and maintaining up-to-date clinical practices. Strong clinical skills in a critical care environment Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical settings Excellent patient care and communication skills Capable of making high-pressure decisions promptly Proficiency in using medical software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse License in the state of Colorado BLS Certification ACLS Certification CCRN Certification preferred
