UCHealth is seeking registered nurses for our Emergency Department (ED) Regional Float Pool to deliver exemplary care across our numerous facilities in Colorado. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality patient care and continuity in our emergency services. Provide direct nursing care in a diverse range of emergency situations. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Manage care for patients with complex and unpredictable health conditions. Educate patients and their families on prevention and treatment plans. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Strong clinical skills in emergency care Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment Proficient in using medical software and patient management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license valid in the state of Colorado BLS/CPR certification ACLS and PALS certification preferred
