Opportunity We are seeking a Clinic Medical Director to join a
well-established urgent care/occupational medicine practice. In
this role, you will balance direct patient care with physician
leadership, guiding a clinical team, enhancing quality, and
supporting operational excellence. This is an ideal opportunity for

Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $230K"$255K director stipend

as clinic leader Supervise and mentor physicians, APCs, and support
staff Ensure compliance and quality standards are consistently met
Collaborate with specialists and therapists to optimize outcomes
Support day-to-day clinic operations and performance metrics Build
strong relationships with patients, staff, and community partners
Qualifications Active, unrestricted medical license (state of
practice) DEA license (required prior to start) Board
Certification/Eligibility (ABMS or AOA-recognized specialty
preferred) Must be Medicare eligible FMCSA NRCME certification (or
willingness to obtain)
