In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare facilities, ensuring that patient care is delivered with compassion, efficiency, and adherence to medical standards. You will play a key role in staff supervision, patient management, and clinical procedures, directly impacting our mission to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. Coordinate and manage nursing staff activities and schedules to ensure optimal patient care. Oversee patient admissions, discharges, and assessments, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Mentor and train new staff, promote ongoing education and professional development among team members. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of care. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Take the lead on daily clinical and administrative operations within the department. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Advanced understanding of healthcare regulations and accreditation Proficiency with medical software and documentation Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado. BLS/CPR certification. ACLS certification preferred.
