Job Description:
UCHealth, a leading nonprofit healthcare system based in
Colorado, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our
Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). This role is pivotal in
providing top-level care to patients with critical heart
conditions. Our CVICU is equipped with state-of-the-art technology,
and as part of our team, you will be instrumental in implementing
complex treatment plans, guided by a commitment to patient-centered
care. Provide direct nursing care in a diverse healthcare
environment. Work collaboratively with other team members and
specialists to implement patient-specific treatment plans. Monitor,
record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate. Support
a holistic approach in the intensive care setting with a focus on
patient outcomes. Engage in continuous education to maintain a high
level of competence in caring for cardiovascular and critically ill
patients. Strong ability to operate complex medical equipment
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Capability to perform under
pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in electronic

of Colorado BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification ACLS (Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification preferred CCRN
