Job Description:

Kaiser Permanente Georgia is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our integrated healthcare team. This role involves collaborating with physicians to provide comprehensive healthcare services to our members. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal patient outcomes and work towards the collective goal of enhancing patient health. Responsibilities include diagnosing illnesses, conducting exams, prescribing medication, and developing treatment strategies. Conduct patient exams and assess health status Order and interpret diagnostic tests Develop and implement treatment plans Prescribe medications Provide patient education and counseling Manage overall patient care in collaboration with physicians and other health team members Strong clinical skills Proficiency in diagnostic tools Ability to prescribe and manage treatments Excellent communication skills Detail-oriented Adept in electronic health record (EHR) systems Current PA or NP license in the state of Georgia Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) or relevant NP board certification
