Job Description:

(RN) to join our Medical Progressive Care Unit (MPCU). This

comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients. Monitor
patient conditions continuously; quickly respond to changes in
status. Administer medications, track symptoms, manage basic life
support needs, and document treatment plans. Educate patients and
families on disease processes, treatment, and wellness strategies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to formulate
personalized care plans. Engage in post-treatment follow-up to
ensure the efficacy of interventions and the stability of patient
conditions. Participate in ongoing professional development and
training sessions as part of the fellowship. Strong clinical skills
in a high-acuity care setting Excellent patient management
abilities Proficiency in using medical software for patient data
entry Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Capability
to work effectively as part of a diverse healthcare team Resilience
under pressure and swift decision-making capabilities Medical

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado
BLS/CPR certification, with ACLS preferred.
