Job Description:

is seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Education Resource
Nurse RN to enhance the educational resources for nursing staff
across our various facilities. This pivotal role aims to elevate
patient care standards by cultivating a learning environment,
implementing cutting-edge educational programs, and mentoring
nursing personnel. The right candidate will join a team committed
to delivering excellent patient-centered care while also focusing
on personal and professional development within our health system.
Develop, assess, and update training materials and programs
tailored to meet the clinical needs and ensure compliance with the
latest health care standards. Conduct orientation sessions and
ongoing in-service and education programs for all nursing staff.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments
as necessary to improve outcomes. Collaborate with healthcare
professionals to identify training needs and implement educational
strategies that enhance patient care. Serve as a mentor, providing
guidance, support, and expertise to nursing staff. Stay informed on
the latest clinical practices, technologies, and regulatory
requirements affecting nursing education. Proven ability to design
and implement effective nursing education programs Strong mentoring
and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Advanced knowledge of modern healthcare practices and
technology Skill in evaluating the effectiveness of training and
educational programs Ability to work collaboratively in a
multidisciplinary health care environment Medical Insurance Dental

Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado Certification in
Nursing Professional Development (CNE or NPD-BC) preferred BLS/ACLS
