of others! We are looking for a Program Administrator for our IHSS
program in Colorado This role is an on-site position with a
required commute of 5 days per week to our office in Denver, CO.
Department & Position Overview: We are looking for a Program
Administrator who has an innovative, entrepreneurial spirit as well
as a passion for continually improving the way we do things. You
will ensure our customers receive the level of care and attention
they deserve. The Assistant Manager will be a vital part of our
Home Care Agency Operations. This person will work hand in hand
with the Manager of Operations to develop and implement processes
designed to provide a positive consumer experience, support and
maintain compliance, and ensure a positive culture with continuous
team growth. This position has a passion for helping people,
aligning to FreedomCare’s core values. This position will ensure
patients/caregivers receive the level of care and attention they
deserve. The AM has the ability to problem solve and take ownership
for each patient/caregiver request ensuring that we always do the
right thing for our members. Every Day You Will: Provide oversight
of day-to-day operations for multiple teams, ensuring a
consistently high level of service and support throughout the full
caregiver and client lifecycle, including pre-care and active care
phases. Assist the Manager of Operations in documenting,
developing, and maintaining best practices, standard operating
procedures, and training materials to support compliance, quality,
and sustainable growth. Improve quality of care and operational
processes by leveraging performance data, team feedback, and
continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with the Operations
Manager in the hiring, selection, onboarding, and training of new
employees to ensure readiness, engagement, and retention. Oversee
key compliance requirements for agency operations, including
maintaining accurate records of staff training, certifications, and
adherence to Colorado state laws and healthcare regulations.
Partner with management to monitor key performance indicators
(KPIs), evaluate trends, and support data-driven decisions that
improve operational outcomes. Support the Manager of Operations in
achieving operational goals and initiatives for the Colorado
market, as needed. Foster a positive, inclusive work environment

requiring daily presence at the Denver, CO office. Oversee the
necessary compliance aspects of running this healthcare startup,
including records of training and certifications for staff, and
compliance with Colorado state laws and regulations Enforce
processes and policies that support our people doing great work,
looking for ways to simplify and streamline, incorporating feedback
from all levels to continually improve Identify and work with
development and technology teams to oversee software adjustments to

procedures and overall mission of your office Ideal Candidate Will
Possess: Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business
administration or any related degree. Ability to travel into the
Denver, CO daily as this leader role will be an onsite position.

role; able to effectively manage and motivate a team of 20
employees Passion for improving home care and for leveraging
technology to improve lives Ability to utilize technology to

of experience in operations management (homecare, healthcare,

accountable Self-motivated Nice to Have Qualifications: Master's
Degree in healthcare administration or business administration
Homecare agency experience in a leadership role is a huge plus 3

FreedomCare, base pay is one part of our total compensation package
and is determined within a range. This provides our employees with
the opportunity to professionally grow and develop within a role.
The base pay range for this role is between $75,000 and $90,000 per
year at the commencement of your first year of employment.
Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors
which may include, but are not limited to: skill set, years of
relevant experience, education, location, and
licensure/certifications. Compensation Range $75,000 - $90,000
