This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, patient-centered environment across multiple hospitals and outpatient facilities. The successful candidate will be integral in providing top-tier medical care, employing innovative practices and treatments under the guidance of our esteemed medical staff. Conduct patient assessments, including physical exams and patient history to determine medical condition. Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and assist in provision of continuity of care. Prescribe therapy or medication with physician approval. Administer or order diagnostic tests, such as x-ray, electrocardiogram, and laboratory tests. Participate in patient health counseling and instruction including the prevention of illness and accident avoidance. Communicate effectively with physicians and medical staff in coordinating care. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of healthcare processes Ability to make thoughtful decisions under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) or equivalent Nurse Practitioner certification Valid DEA license
