Our products inspire people to smile, connect and share--- these experiences. -Come celebrate adventure--- with us! -Role Description:The Talent Acquisition Manager will live and breathe talent acquisition. You will be responsible for the entire cycle of recruiting including positions of all types and levels, which are assigned based on business needs. This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the recruitment process and drive initiatives to attract, recruit, hire, and retain talent for the company.   • Strategic sourcing of quality talent (passive/active) & key ownership of recruitment process planning -
  • Expert in finding the right fit for roles, both by working with internal teams and knowing how to hunt for the right candidates (passive/active). -
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Performs extensive screening of candidates, vetting for culture, behavior, fundamental technical skills, etc.
  • Strategic -use of social media, internal marketing team, and sourcing tools (i.e. LinkedIn, etc) to generate a healthy pool of qualified candidates.
  • Create and distribute new hire information data, offer letters, and documentation for all newly hired employees.
  • Meet in person with internal and/or external stakeholders to facilitate team and business priorities/opportunities.
  • Develop -pipelines for talent -
  • Explore -trends, best practices, and new technologies in talent management
  • Various office administrative tasks as needed -Qualifications: -

    • Education and Experience:
      • Bachelor's (preferred)

          Salary range is $60,000 to $80,000, dependent upon non-discriminatory factors such as experience. -Please note: This is an in person, full time position in Arvada, Co. Remote work is not offered. - -In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.Additional Information: The Duck Company has adopted a COVID-19 vaccination policy to safeguard the health and well-being of our employees and visitors. As a condition of employment, all employees are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. -Mental/Physical Requirements: While in the office this position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
