-Role Description:The Talent Acquisition Manager will live and
breathe talent acquisition. You will be responsible for the entire
cycle of recruiting including positions of all types and levels,
which are assigned based on business needs. This position is
responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve
the recruitment process and drive initiatives to attract, recruit,
hire, and retain talent for the company. At The Duck, we are

Give-a-shit, and the Creative Mindset. - -Key Responsibilities:
Salary range is $60,000 to $80,000, dependent upon
non-discriminatory factors such as experience. -Please note: This
is an in person, full time position in Arvada, Co. Remote work is
not offered. - -In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal
Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed
above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package
and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including
the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as
well as internal equity among our team.Additional Information: The
Duck Company has adopted a COVID-19 vaccination policy to safeguard

vaccinated for COVID-19. -Mental/Physical Requirements: While in
the office this position will be performed in an office setting.
The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk,
communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard
office equipment, such as telephones and computers. While
traveling, this position requires the incumbent to be able to lift
up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, and sitting for long
