We have the perfect opportunity for you in Colorado! Responsibilities: Engage Enthusiastically: Actively engage with prospects and showcase the amazing amenities our properties offer. Detail-Oriented: Take detailed notes and understand prospects' needs and desires for their future home. Communicate Effectively: Keep the Property Manager updated with progress and tasks to be completed. Stay Informed: Keep abreast of daily special offers and communicate these exciting deals to prospects. Local Expert: Research the surrounding area to highlight the benefits of living in these fantastic neighborhoods. Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly. Qualifications: Excellent Customer Service is a MUST. People Person: Ability to build rapport, qualify prospects, and close leases with ease. Skilled Negotiator: Strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals. Communicator Extraordinaire: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual - Spanish Benefits: Accrued paid sick leave in accordance with Colorado’s Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA).
