Job Description Job Description HR Generalist Healthcare (Multi-Location Practice)Progressive Spine & Orthopaedics | New JerseyFull-Time | MondayFriday | Reports to HR Manager About the Practice:Progressive Spine & Orthopaedics is a growing, multi-location specialty medical practice serving patients across New Jersey. We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support daily HR operations across several office locations.This role is ideal for an HR professional who is hands-on, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Position Overview:The HR Generalist works directly with the HR Manager to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and workforce administration across clinical and administrative teams. This is not an entry-level HR position. We are seeking someone with solid generalist experience who can work independently while collaborating closely with leadership. COMPENSATION:In accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act, we disclose that this position falls within Pay Grade 6 of the 2025 OPM Table applicable to the NY, NJ, CT, and PA region.
