An insurance technology company has a current position open for
a Remote Insurance Technology Customer Advocacy Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Helping oversee and manage the hiring strategy for your teams
Providing feedback to the people managers on your team
Leading large, high priority, cross-functional, strategic
projects
Skills and Requirements Include:
Minimum of 5 years of people management experience
7 years experience in customer support experience in an insurance
call center environment
P&C license
Proven track record of direct reports meeting or exceeding KPIs
Familiarity with CRM & support systems and practices
BA/BS or comparable work experience
