an immediate need and is seeking a highly motivated Hardware
Engineer to support operationally fielded prototype systems as they
transition to full-scale production. You will be part of a
forward-leaning engineering team, working closely with designers,
developers, and product managers to deliver secure,
high-performance systems at scale. This is a role for someone who
thrives on solving technical challenges, enjoys hands-on work, and

Responsibilities: Lead a team of engineers that are responsible for
acquiring, building, and installing hardware and software solutions
at DoD locations world-wide. Manage a schedule and required tasks
to meet customer deliveries. Design, develop, install, operate, and
maintain mechanical and electrical systems. Support design/redesign
of IT and hardware systems, including field changes and upgrades.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for designs,
configurations, and maintenance procedures. Provide technical
guidance to other engineers and project teams. Ensure compliance
with relevant industry standards and regulations. Plan and execute
system upgrades and new implementations. Perform other related
duties as assigned. Required Skills and Experience: Proven
experience building, installing, and modifying electrical
components/subassemblies (including power cabling, data bus
interconnects, control wiring, and MIL-circular connectors).
Experience leading a team of engineers that are responsible for
acquiring, building, and installing hardware and software
solutions. Proficiency with hand tools and test equipment for IT
system fabrication/assembly. Operational experience supporting DoD
active-duty customers. Experience collaborating on complex problems
within multidisciplinary teams. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Preferred Skills & Experience: Experience with preparing hardware
for shipping. Understanding shipment receiving and inventory
procedures. Experience with the Minotaur system. Basic networking
and system administration skills (Windows & Linux). Working
knowledge of military tactical data links (Link-16, IBS/CIB).
Education and Certification Requirements: Associates degree in
electronics technology (or related field) and 12 years of
experience, OR Bachelors degree with 4 years of experience
Citizenship and Clearance requirements: US Citizenship. Active
TS/SCI clearance required; must be willing to complete a polygraph
as required by the customer Location: Centennial, CO (Onsite, with
occasional hybrid work opportunities) Travel: Up to 25% (U.S.
Passport required) Work Environment: PMAT offices as needed. In
some cases, work in a government facility may be required. Travel
may be required for customer engagement, team coordination, and
